If it were possible to not give a star that would be my rating. I went for a knee injury was very obviously treated like a drug seeker which I absolutely did not appreciate. They recommended I see an orthopedic (which they never told me they HAD to help me set up the appointment, because we're apparently all children!) so I made my own appointment with a place my patents both go to.When I called Medexpress the day before the appointment about a referral(shame on me for forgetting about it) they acted like they couldn't believe I was asking for such a thing! Trying to get this referral took me numerous phone calls, much irritation, a small panic attack and a cancelled appointment which will probably result in a cancellation fee. Never again do I plan on patronizing this establishment
