Worst customer service ever! Never return your calls. Messed up every online order I have placed since December. But no one seems to care. Unfortunately lowes is the only one who carries the flooring I like so I’m stuck dealing with this mess until our house is finished. Only person who has it together is Megan in kitchen and bath.

Unfortunately the employees have been incredibly nice, but the "new" system is too confusing for them to use. They've messed up every order that we've had in the last few months. The only reason we continued to buy from here was so that flooring would match. They also put an appliance on back order after it was supposed to be delivered. The only issue we haven't had with this place was with cabinets. The woman in cabinets was most helpful and handled everuthing correctly. I wish I could give her 5 stars. I will never buy anything from this place again, after this build.
