Not that this should matter, but I have a $70,000 truck and when a maintenance issues happens, and... it’s covered by warrantee, recall, or simply because you buy your vehicle from a dealership... You should be provided a loaner vehicle to use until yours is fixed. I bought 2 cars form Nissan, if I go in to get an oil change... they give me a loaner to use. It’s beyond ridiculous it’s took over a week from being towed into the shop, before be looked at... 2 days later, it was fixed...... kinda, they forgot to reset something, I was getting 6 miles to the gallon. Next open appointment date, 2 weeks later... had to change out all filters, fluids, another $400 because they didn’t fix what need fixed in the first place. I will be back to a dealership that takes care of you. No more Ford’s for me.
